1st July 2026: Summer catch up vaccinations—to administer any of the vaccinations listed on the document below that your child may have missed.

Please send your child to school with a snack, a drink and remind them to wear a short-sleeved shirt or T-shirt under their uniform in case their shirt/blouse needs to be removed to enable safe vaccination.
If you have previously submitted a `Yes` Consent Form either during the school year 2024/5 (last school year) or 2025/6 (this school year) and the vaccine/s have not yet been given, no further action is required, and your child will be vaccinated in school on the Session Date above.
If you are not sure if your child is up to date with their vaccinations and you have not yet submitted a Consent Form, check your vaccine records/ask GP before completing a Consent Form. Please complete the form at least one school day before the Session Date above.
