Unseasonal warmth, great company and good Geography—the components for a great A-level Geography fieldtrip!  This year we took 24 students to Somerset in the week after half term.  We spent four days developing skills which will enable the students to collect the data for their upcoming NEA coursework.

We stayed in Nettlecombe Court Field Studies centre.  We spent a sunny day in Porlock, a grey day in Taunton and ended up having lunch on the final day by the sea in Minehead.  Highlights for the students included toasting marshmallows on the campfire!
