Toxic Masculinity Assemblies
BackArticle / Posted on 18 Dec 2025
We were pleased to welcome Lee from the Storry Group back into school for a further series of assemblies. Having previously delivered impactful sessions to our students, Lee returned this time to lead thought-provoking assemblies focused on the themes of toxic masculinity and incel culture.
The sessions were hard-hitting, informative, and carefully pitched to meet the needs of our students. They encouraged honest discussion, critical thinking, and self-reflection, and were met with a highly engaged and attentive audience. Students were challenged to consider the impact of attitudes, language, and behaviour, as well as the importance of respect, empathy, and personal responsibility. Opportunities such as these assemblies play an important role in helping young people develop into well-rounded individuals who are prepared to navigate the wider world thoughtfully, safely, and responsibly.
